We want your Yuzefi experience to feel effortless - wherever you are. Below you’ll find clear information on shipping, duties & taxes, and how returns work by region.
ORDER PROCESSING
Most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) from the Netherlands. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
UK and EU orders will typically arrive within 3-5 working days, while international orders can take up to 5-7 working days to arrive.
During high-demand periods, it may take us a bit longer to dispatch the order, but in this case, we will contact you directly and let you know the estimated date.
DUTIES & TAXES
Our goal is to make the delivery process transparent and stress-free.
UK & EU: Orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — all taxes and duties are included in your total price, so nothing is due on delivery.
USA & UAE: Orders are also shipped DDP, meaning all duties and import taxes are prepaid.
Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia: Prices shown include local taxes, while import duties are displayed at checkout and paid upfront to avoid any customs delays.
Rest of World: Taxes and duties are displayed at checkout and paid upfront to avoid any customs delays.
We do not ship to Israel.

United States & UAE: £25

Rest of World:
Shipping fee: Typically £25–£40 depending on destination.
Taxes & Duties: Displayed and prepaid at checkout (no payment on delivery).
SALE:
All SALE items will incur a £25 shipping fee.
RETURNS
We hope you love your Yuzefi piece - but if you need to make a return, we’ve made the process as simple as possible.

RETURN WINDOW
You may return items within 14 days of delivery. Returned goods must be unused, in perfect condition, and include all original packaging, dust bag, and tags.
RETURN LABEL COSTS
For all returns, Yuzefi provides a prepaid return label. The cost of this label will be deducted from your refund, according to your region:
UK, EU & USA: £20
Non EU-Europe, Middle East, APAC : £30
Rest of World: £40 - £60 depending on destination.
TAXES & DUTIES ON RETURNS
We strive to make returns fair and transparent for every customer.
UK, EU, and USA: All taxes and duties are reclaimable - no deductions are made from your refund.
Rest of World: Local import duties are non-recoverable and therefore deducted from your refund. Local sales taxes remain included in your product price and are not refunded.
You’ll always see any applicable deduction clearly stated before your return is finalised.
REFUND TIMING
Following inspection and acceptance of your return, you will receive confirmation via email that a refund has been issued.
Please allow up to 21 business days for your return to be processed.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Outbound shipping and return label fees are non-refundable.
For regions where duties are non-recoverable, those amounts are deducted from the refund.
CONDITIONS & EXCLUSIONS
Returns must be unused, unaltered, and include all packaging.
Final-sale items (where marked) are not eligible for return or exchange.
To ensure a smooth return process, items must be in their original, unused condition. Returns showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted. Any items returned as faulty outside our Faulty Returns procedure will be sent back to the sender.
EXCHANGES
If you’d like to exchange your item for a different colour or style, please place a new order through our returns portal.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: customercare@yuzefi.com.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please select “Faulty” as the reason for return in our returns portal. Include clear photos and a brief description of the issue so our team can assess your request.
Once reviewed, we’ll contact you with the next steps.

PRE-ORDER & ARCHIVE SALE
PRE-ORDER TERMS:
Please be aware that due to the " pre-sale" nature of such transactions, there may be a waiting period of approximately 4-6 weeks between the date you place your order and the date that the product is ready for shipment. The estimated delivery window will be noted on the product page of the respective item.
Please note that the shipping window on the product page is an estimate, and while we endeavor to ship all orders within the estimated window, in some cases, there may be a small delay.
Please wait at least 6 weeks from the date you have placed the pre-order before you contact us. We are unable to provide an exact shipping date due to the handmade nature of our products. Most items are shipped within the estimated window, and an email with the tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with the order.
If you are no longer able to receive your pre-ordered item at the original shipping address, please email us with your order number and the last 4 digits of the card used, and we will update the shipping address for you.
Sales of pre-ordered items are final, and we cannot accept any cancellations or returns unless the item is not as described. In the event of receiving a damaged or incorrect item, you must inform us via email within 48 hours of receiving the item with all the details and evidence. We will review your submission, and if we are satisfied that the item you received is different from your order or has been damaged during shipping, we will replace or refund your order where appropriate.
ARCHIVE SALE:
1. Product Information
Our Archived collection features archived and past-season handbag styles, sold as-is. While we make every effort to display accurate product images and descriptions, minor variations may occur. All items are subject to availability.
2. Final Sale Policy
All purchases made through our website are FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed, with the exception of items that arrive faulty or damaged.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, you must contact our Customer Support team within 14 days of delivery at customercare@yuzefi.com with:
Your order number
Photos clearly showing the damage/fault
A brief description of the issue
All claims are subject to quality control (QC) inspection by our warehouse team. If the item is deemed faulty or damaged by our QC team, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
We reserve the right to reject claims that do not meet our criteria or if the item is found to be in acceptable condition.
PRODUCT COLOURS:
We have made every effort to ensure that the colours of our products are displayed as accurately as possible. However, due to the differences in device displays, we cannot guarantee that all devices will accurately display the true colour of the product.
