For suede handbags, natural variations in texture, color, and grain are a characteristic of the material and should not be viewed as imperfections. These unique features enhance the charm and individuality of your item.
Cleaning Instructions:
Since suede is delicate, always clean it with care and patience to prevent any damage; in case you need to clean your product, here are some helpful tips:
- Use a suede brush to delicately remove dirt, dust, and mildew without damaging the material. The soft bristles help lift the nap and remove any particles.
- For light dirt and stains, a suede eraser works wonders. Gently rub it over the affected area to restore the suede’s look.

To maintain its luxurious appearance and prolong its lifespan, gently clean the leather with a soft cloth and apply a leather conditioner regularly to keep it supple.

GENERAL:
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days, from Belgium and will be delivered via a DHL tracked and signed service. UK and EU orders will typically arrive within 3-5 working days, while international orders can take up to 5-7 working days to arrive.
During high-demand periods, it may take us a bit longer to dispatch the order, but in this case, we will contact you directly and let you know the estimated date.

TAXES AND DUTIES:
Taxes and duties are included in the purchase price for the UK and the EU. International shipments may be subject to local tax and duties upon arrival, which are payable by customers. Please ensure to check any additional charges that may be payable in your country before placing the order. If customers reject deliveries without paying the local taxes and duties, all shipping and return charges will be deducted from the purchase price before processing the refund.
RETURNS
We hope you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery.
Please note that we do not provide a return label and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we cannot be held liable for returns lost in transit.
In order to initiate a return, please email customercare@yuzefi.com to receive your returns authorisation and instructions.
Return Address
All returns must be sent to our returns facility in Belgium. The full address will be provided upon approval of your return request.
Returning from Within the European Union (EU)
Customers within the EU may return items at their own expense using a courier of their choice. Please ensure that the return is clearly marked as a "Return of Goods" on the shipping label and any accompanying customs documents to avoid delays or additional charges.
Returning from Outside the EU (Non-EU Customers)
For customers returning items from outside the European Union, we kindly ask that you pay particular attention to the following:

Returns must be sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — this means you are responsible for all shipping fees, as well as any duties, taxes, or import charges.

Please clearly mark all documentation with “Return of Goods – No Commercial Value”.

Returns not shipped DDP will be refused and returned to the sender.
We appreciate your understanding, as this ensures a smooth customs process and allows us to process your return swiftly.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unworn condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
REFUNDS:
Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within 10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customercare@yuzefi.com.
EXCHANGE:
We only offer an exchange on defective items. Please contact customercare@yuzefi.com for further instructions if you think you have received a defective item.
PRE-ORDER TERMS:
Please be aware that due to the " pre-sale" nature of such transactions, there may be a waiting period of approximately 4-6 weeks between the date you place your order and the date that the product is ready for shipment. The estimated delivery window will be noted on the product page of the respective item.
Please note that the shipping window on the product page is an estimate, and while we endeavor to ship all orders within the estimated window, in some cases, there may be a small delay.
Please wait at least 6 weeks from the date you have placed the pre-order before you contact us. We are unable to provide an exact shipping date due to the handmade nature of our products. Most items are shipped within the estimated window, and an email with the tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with the order.
If you are no longer able to receive your pre-ordered item at the original shipping address, please email us with your order number and the last 4 digits of the card used, and we will update the shipping address for you.
Sales of pre-ordered items are final, and we cannot accept any cancellations or returns unless the item is not as described. In the event of receiving a damaged or incorrect item, you must inform us via email within 48 hours of receiving the item with all the details and evidence. We will review your submission, and if we are satisfied that the item you received is different from your order or has been damaged during shipping, we will replace or refund your order where appropriate.

Our Archived collection features archived and past-season handbag styles, sold as-is. While we make every effort to display accurate product images and descriptions, minor variations may occur. All items are subject to availability.
2. Final Sale Policy
All purchases made through our website are FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed, with the exception of items that arrive faulty or damaged.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, you must contact our Customer Support team within 14 days of delivery at customercare@yuzefi.com with:

Photos clearly showing the damage/fault
A brief description of the issue
All claims are subject to quality control (QC) inspection by our warehouse team. If the item is deemed faulty or damaged by our QC team, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
We reserve the right to reject claims that do not meet our criteria or if the item is found to be in acceptable condition.

However, due to the differences in device displays, we cannot guarantee that all devices will accurately display the true colour of the product.
