DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICY

GENERAL:

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days, from Belgium and will be delivered via a DHL tracked and signed service. UK and EU orders will typically arrive within 3-5 working days, while international orders can take up to 5-7  working days to arrive.

During high-demand periods, it may take us a bit longer to dispatch the order, but in this case, we will contact you directly and let you know the estimated date.

UK and EU - FREE for orders over £300 and £10 for all orders less than £300 or sale items;
International zone 1 (IZ1) - £15 (all countries excluding IZ2);

SALE:

For all SALE items, delivery will cost:

TAXES AND DUTIES:

Taxes and duties are included in the purchase price for the UK and the EU. International shipments may be subject to local tax and duties upon arrival, which are payable by customers. Please ensure to check any additional charges that may be payable in your country before placing the order. If customers reject deliveries without paying the local taxes and duties, all shipping and return charges will be deducted from the purchase price before processing the refund.

RETURNS:

Please notify us of your intention to return unused items within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing customercare@yuzefi.com to receive your returns authorisation and instructions.
Kindly ensure to return your item with all the tags attached in the original packaging; returns may not be accepted if the tags have been removed, or if the item has been soiled or damaged in any way. We strongly advise that purchases are returned via a tracked and signed service, and the risk and cost of the returns remain with our customers.

REFUNDS:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customercare@yuzefi.com.

EXCHANGE:

We only offer an exchange on defective items. Please contact customercare@yuzefi.com for further instructions if you think you have received a defective item.

PRE-ORDER TERMS:

Please be aware that due to the " pre-sale" nature of such transactions, there may be a waiting period of approximately four weeks between the date you place your order and the date that the product is ready for shipment. The estimated delivery window will be noted on the product page of the respective item.
Please note that the shipping window on the product page is an estimate, and while we endeavor to ship all orders within the estimated window, in some cases, there may be a small delay.
Please wait at least 6 weeks from the date you have placed the pre-order before you contact us. We are unable to provide an exact shipping date due to the handmade nature of our products. Most items are shipped within the estimated window, and an email with the tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with the order.
If you are no longer able to receive your pre-ordered item at the original shipping address, please email us with your order number and the last 4 digits of the card used, and we will update the shipping address for you.
Sales of pre-ordered items are final, and we cannot accept any cancellations or returns unless the item is not as described. In the event of receiving a damaged or incorrect item, you must inform us via email within 48 hours of receiving the item with all the details and evidence. We will review your submission, and if we are satisfied that the item you received is different from your order or has been damaged during shipping, we will replace or refund your order where appropriate.

PRODUCT COLOURS:

We have made every effort to ensure that the colours of our products are displayed as accurately as possible. However, due to the differences in device displays, we cannot guarantee that all devices will accurately display the true colour of the product. If you have any questions about the colour of an item, please contact customercare@yuzefi.com before placing your order.

SUEDE CARE

Your Yuzefi suede handbag will retain its beauty and shape if it is stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Always store it inside its dust bag when not in use, and avoid overloading it to preserve its structure.

To maintain the quality of the suede, avoid excessive contact with water, oils, perfumes, or cosmetics. If your handbag gets wet, gently blot excess moisture with a soft cloth and allow it to air dry at room temperature. Always refer to the care instructions on the label for the best results.

For suede handbags, natural variations in texture, color, and grain are a characteristic of the material and should not be viewed as imperfections. These unique features enhance the charm and individuality of your item.

Cleaning Instructions:

Since suede is delicate, always clean it with care and patience to prevent any damage; in case you need to clean your product, here are some helpful tips:

• Use a suede brush to delicately remove dirt, dust, and mildew without damaging the material. The soft bristles help lift the nap and remove any particles.
• For light dirt and stains, a suede eraser works wonders. Gently rub it over the affected area to restore the suede’s look.
• Avoid using water or liquid cleaners, as they can leave stains or cause discoloration. Choose products that are safe for suede instead.
• For more stubborn stains, try using a cleaner that is specifically formulated for suede to ensure effective and safe treatment.
• If you don’t have a suede brush, a clean nail brush or toothbrush can serve as a good substitute for gently lifting dirt and debris.
• To remove handle marks that may occur during transit, gently use a suede brush in one direction. This will restore the texture and appearance of your handbag.

PEBBLE GRAINED LEATHER CARE

Pebbled grained leather is a durable, textured material known for its distinctive, dimpled surface. It combines elegance with resilience, making it perfect for daily use. Over time, this leather develops a rich lustre, enhancing its depth and allure.

To maintain its refined appearance, clean the surface gently with a soft cloth and condition regularly to preserve its suppleness.

When not in use, store your item in a dust bag to protect it from dust, moisture, and sunlight, ensuring its enduring quality over years.

SMOOTH LEATHER CARE

Smooth leather is a high-quality, polished calfskin that’s prized for its refined texture and soft finish. This leather develops a distinctive patina over time, enhancing its character and beauty. It’s durable and designed to withstand everyday use, becoming even more unique with age.

To maintain its luxurious appearance and prolong its lifespan, gently clean the leather with a soft cloth and apply a leather conditioner regularly to keep it supple.
