SOCIAL MEDIA AND MARKETING COORDINATOR

The Marketing and Social Media Coordinator will be proactive, creative, extremely organised, detail-focused, and bring some fresh and exciting ideas to the table.

The position will be based in Central London and the working hours will be Monday – Friday 9am until 6pm.
TASKS
  • Monitor social media trends

  • Digital marketing via Facebook business suite, google ads, shopify newsletters

  • Influencer outreach

  • Sample organisation and send outs

  • Editing graphics

  • Be the tone of voice of the brand through content and copywrite

  • Design and update the website

  • Assist the creative director and stylist on campaign photoshoots

  • Update brand profile seasonally

  • Arrangements of shipments via DHL, UK Dispatch, CSM Logistics

  • Packing and unpacking of samples

  • Communication with stylists, PR teams, editors regarding samples

  • Keep up to date with the studio sample tracker

  • Studio organisation

  • Edit seasonal assets via retouching, resizing, etc.

  • Plan Instagram grid per month

    MUST HAVES:

  • Graphic Design experience, advanced level on the Adobe pack (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

  • Experience using Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Pinterest

  • Strong understanding of Excel

  • Love for social media

  • Computer literacy

    NOT NECESSARY BUT ADVANTAGEOUS:

  • Speaks another language

  • Knowledge of Zedonk

  • Understanding of Shopify

  • Photography experience

    This role would be suited to someone who has recently graduated from a fashion or business degree, or someone with a few years’ experience within social media and/or marketing.

SALES AND MARKETING & BRAND MANAGEMENT PLACEMENT/INTERNSHIP

The sales and marketing team within Yuzefi is a customer and client facing team who are commercial minded with a positive demeanour. With the brand DNA in mind always, we achieve to overachieve and spread brand awareness.

The placement will give a well-rounded experience of how a contemporary brand goes from each internal department; from design, to production to sales, to marketing to finance and back around again.

The sales and marketing team are looking for a hands on and proactive student who can get stuck in with the following tasks:

SALES

  • Sales order entry

  • Tracker updating and organising

  • Sample organising and shipping out to PR teams, influencers, clients, etc.

  • Wholesale marketing strategies

  • Showroom set up / break down

    MARKETING & PR

  • Social media marketing strategies

  • Communication with our international PR teams on influencer

    suggestions/gifting

  • Brand book updates

    DIGITAL

  • Graphic Design assistance (proficient on InDesign and Photoshop)

  • Shopify web design

  • Creation of seasonal styling guide

  • Order management including processing returns working alongside

    production and operations.
